Bruce Deel

Bruce is the Founder and CEO of City of Refuge, Inc., a non-profit organization focused on offering wrap-around restorative services for the marginalized including individuals and families experiencing homelessness as well as survivors of sex trafficking and exploitation. For the past 23 years, Bruce has led the organization as it impacts the Westside of Atlanta in one of Georgia’s most challenged neighborhoods. Services provided include a clinic offering medical, vision, dental, and mental health services, residential programs, a private school, and daycare as well as a workforce innovation hub providing employment training and placement.

Bruce also serves as the pastor of The Mission Church and consults with numerous non-profit around the country.
