Khalilah Cooper

Khalilah Cooper is the Director of Service & Hospitality at Chick-fil-A and is passionate about customer experience, education, community outreach, and leadership development. Khalilah is the Co-Founder and Co-Director of the Women in Business group at Chick-fll-A and has also served as a lecturer with the Berry College Executive Education program. Prior to Chick-fil-A Khalilah was a Management Consultant at McKinsey & Company and also worked as a Scientist and Go-to-Market leader at Johnson & Johnson Consumer Products.
