Phil May

Phil May has extensive experience in the film industry, currently serving as the Director of Content Programming at Landmark Cinemas of Canada since October 2013. Previously, Phil held the position of President at Canadian Picture Pioneers, a charity focused on the Canadian film industry, from May 2002 to May 2018. Additionally, Phil worked as the Manager of Film Programming at Empire Theatres and Cineplex Entertainment, and served as Vice President and Canadian Division Manager at MGM Studios. Earlier roles included Branch Manager at Paramount Pictures and Orion Pictures, Sales Manager at Alliance Releasing, and President and Owner of Cinnabar Entertainment Limited, a multi-unit independent motion picture exhibition chain.
