Robert Hoekstra

Robert Hoekstra is an experienced film programming and operations professional, currently serving as the Senior Director of Film Programming at Landmark Cinemas Canada since May 2025. Prior to this role, Robert was with Cineplex for 17 years, where positions included Director of Film Analytics, Senior Manager of Business Analytics in Food Service, and various managerial roles overseeing operations, including General Manager at multiple locations. Throughout the career, responsibilities have included leading teams, managing theatre operations, executing special projects, conducting audits, and maintaining budgets to ensure successful cinema experiences. Robert holds a Business Administration diploma from Loyalist College, earned between 2010 and 2012.
