Michael Curran

Michael Curran, SIOR, is the President and Executive Managing Director at Landmark Commercial Realty, a position held since January 2021. With over 15 years of experience in strategic commercial real estate advisory services, Michael previously served as a First Vice President and Vice President at CBRE from March 2008 to January 2021, specializing in office properties for occupiers and owners. Michael also worked as a Senior Associate focusing on Office/Flex Leasing and Sales, and earlier held the position of Sales & Leasing Associate at Landmark Commercial Realty, Inc. from December 2006 to April 2008, concentrating on office leasing and investment sales in Central PA. Michael earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania between 2002 and 2006.
