Phillip Beach

Phillip Beach is an experienced construction professional with a career spanning several decades. Currently serving as General Superintendent at Landmark Construction Company, Inc. since March 2021, Phillip previously held a long-term role at Turner Construction Co. as General Superintendent overseeing the concrete division from August 2003 until retirement in February 2024. Prior to these positions, Phillip worked at Beers Construction from 1990 to 2004, where roles included General Superintendent and Superintendent, and at Winter Construction from 1984 to 1989 as Superintendent. Phillip holds a B.S. in Construction from East Tennessee State University, obtained in 1975.
