Kate Unger

Kate Unger has a diverse work experience, with roles in various companies and industries. Kate started their career at Cayen Systems, where they worked as a Customer Support Representative, providing assistance to clients and conducting software training sessions. Kate then became a Project Manager and Application Analyst, overseeing new development for a web-based database product and facilitating the transition to a new system for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee. Kate went on to work as a Software Development Manager at Cayen Systems, where they coordinated customization and development projects, managed software releases, and supervised the development staff.

After their time at Cayen Systems, Kate worked as a Business Analyst at Trisept Solutions, where they gathered requirements, managed projects, and acted as a SCRUM product owner. Kate also worked on the Hotel Profile Re-Design project, standardizing textual content and images for a better display.

Kate then joined Codeworks, Inc. as a Business Analyst Contractor, where they worked on website redesign and content migration projects. At Assurant Health, they served as a Business Analyst III and was involved in Sitecore website enhancements, working in an Agile development team.

At Trusted Media Brands, Inc., Kate worked as a Business Analyst, before moving on to their most recent position at Landmark Credit Union. There, they held roles as a Quality Assurance Analyst and an IT Delivery Manager - Data & Analytics. In these roles, Kate managed the delivery of data solutions, developed test plans, coordinated user-acceptance testing, and gathered requirements for data integration projects and new reports.

Throughout their career, Kate has demonstrated strong project management, communication, and technical skills, and has experience in various sectors such as finance, media, and healthcare.

Kate Unger completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Molecular Biology from Grove City College, from 1998 to 2002. Kate then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Marquette University, from 2005 to 2009.
