Randy Leiberg

Randy Leiberg has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Randy currently works as a Corporate Recruiter at Landmark Credit Union since 2022. Prior to this, from 2022 to 2022, they were a Talent Acquisition Consultant at Lucas James Talent Partners, where they worked as an extension of partner organizations to manage their Talent Acquisition function.

From 2020 to 2022, Randy was a Senior Recruiter at Enerpac Tool Group, responsible for their salary-based staffing needs and hires. Before that, from 2019 to 2020, they held the position of Senior Recruiter - TalentScout at elite Human Capital Group, specifically brought back to fill the needs at Enerpac Tool Group.

From 2018 to 2019, Randy worked as a Recruiting Consultant at Novo Group, Inc., leveraging industry knowledge and best practices to deliver exceptional resources. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2018, they were a Senior Recruiter - TalentScout at elite Human Capital Group, delivering continuous talent pipeline and a better candidate experience.

In 2014 to 2015, Randy worked as a Healthcare Recruiter at Cielo Talent, focusing on recruiting for managerial and director-level positions in nursing and allied health fields. Before that, from 2013 to 2014, they worked as a Digital Marketing Consultant at Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, responsible for new business development.

From 2012 to 2013, Randy worked as an Account Executive at QPS Employment Group, balancing inside and outside territory-based sales and account management. Randy was responsible for developing new business and serving as the account manager.

Lastly, from 2010 to 2012, Randy was a Corporate Recruiter at Farmers Insurance, managing the recruitment process and identifying candidates to become licensed insurance agents.

Randy Leiberg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise and Sport Science, with a focus on Sport Management and Professional Writing, from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. Additionally, they have obtained a certification as a Certified Diversity Sourcing Professional (CDSP) from Sourcing Training and Certifications in March 2021.
