Mitch Kogen

Mr. Mitch Kogen is the Executive Vice President of Originations. He has more than 15 years of telecommunications infrastructure and commercial real estate experience and has acquired more than $500 million of existing telecom ground lease assets. Prior to joining Landmark Dividend, Mr. Kogen served in senior executive management positions at several telecom real estate companies where he engineered their acquisition strategies.

He has successfully worked with hundreds of landlords in increasing their net operating income by attracting new wireless tenants to their properties and structuring win-win transactions. His in-depth knowledge of lease acquisitions, leasing and marketing in the ground lease industry gives him a unique advantage in serving the needs of his clients. Mr. Kogen attended State University at Albany.
