Jebin Thomas

Jebin Thomas is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR strategy, organizational performance, and talent management across the MENA, SEA, and India regions. Currently serving as Group Head of Human Resources (Retail) for Landmark Group since April 2009, Jebin has also held positions such as Head of Human Resources (Concept) and Senior HR Manager. Additional roles include Human Resources Manager at IFFCO and Consultant at Randstad. Jebin is an active member of the CIPD Advisory Committee in the UAE and possesses several advanced qualifications, including a Chartered Fellow CIPD and an Advanced Certificate in Strategic HR Management from Cornell University. Educational background includes an MBA in Business Administration and Management and a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business, among other qualifications.
