Janice Nordstrom

Janice Nordstrom has a diverse range of work experience spanning over three decades. Janice began their career in 1987 as a Human Resource Representative at Venture Stores, Inc, where they managed benefits, hiring policies, procedures, and bi-weekly payroll for approximately 100 associates.

In 1998, Janice joined Dyno Nobel, Inc as a Payroll Administrator/HR Assistant. Janice streamlined payroll procedures, implemented a check and balance process to reduce auditing time and eliminate time entry errors, and worked closely with the Plant Manager and HR Manager to achieve company goals.

Janice then served as an HR/Payroll Specialist and Office Administrator at Dyno Nobel from 1998 to 2004. In this role, they handled HR benefits administration, payroll administration, and maintained Standard Operating Procedures.

From 2005 to 2006, Janice worked at Acme Brick Company as an Office Administrator/Dispatcher. Their responsibilities included HR, payroll, customer service, research, problem solving, and load building and dispatch.

Since 2011, Janice has been associated with Landmark Hospitals. Janice initially served as a Human Resource Director until January 2018 when they were promoted to the position of Regional Director of Human Resources.

Throughout their career, Janice has gained extensive experience in human resources, payroll administration, benefits administration, and office administration.
