David Buckner

David Buckner, CPA has a diverse work experience. David began their career in the US Navy as a Master At Arms from 2005 to 2010, holding roles as Joint Detention Group Guard Supervisor and Strategic Weapons Security Detail Supervisor. David then transitioned to working at Tufts Medical Center as a Security Supervisor in 2011 before becoming the Program Director/Head Coach at Niskayuna Rowing from 2011 to 2014. Subsequently, they worked as a Finance Intern at GE Global Research in 2014, followed by positions at EY as Staff/Assistant and Senior Assurance Associate from 2015 to 2019. Currently, they are employed at Landmark Partners as a Senior Associate since 2019 and recently transitioned to the role of Associate Vice President in 2022.

David Buckner, CPA completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Criminal Justice/Police Science from Marist College in 2002. David then pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Public Administration from Marist College, graduating in 2005. In 2008, they studied Accounting and Business/Management at the University of Maryland Global Campus. Finally, they earned a Master's Degree in Accounting from the University at Albany, SUNY in 2015.
