J. Wesley Rogers

As President and CEO of Landmark Properties, Wes has overseen the design, financing, development, and operations of over $9 Billion worth of new construction student housing. Wes is responsible for establishing and implementing Landmark¹s overall corporate strategy. He is very involved in the development and finance sides of the Company¹s business, but his hands on leadership style keeps him engaged in all aspects of the business. With over $3 Billion of student housing currently under construction, Landmark has been consistently ranked the most active student housing developer and largest student housing general contractor in the country.

Wes, an Athens, GA native, obtained his B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Georgia in 1999 and his Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) from UGA in 2004. Upon graduating business school in 2004, he co-founded Landmark Properties. Wes was named the 2017 E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year for the Southeast US in the Real Estate Category.
