Mary Protzman

Mary Protzman is an accomplished professional in property management and operations with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as Regional Director of Operations and previously as Area Manager and Community Manager at Landmark Properties, Inc., Mary has demonstrated expertise in managing diverse teams and enhancing community engagement. Previous roles include Senior Community Manager at Campus Advantage and several managerial positions at Asset Living, where Mary was responsible for leasing, marketing operations, and brand development. Educationally, Mary holds a Master's degree in Management, Labor Relations, and Human Resources, as well as a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from Cleveland State University. Alongside property management, Mary has actively participated in community outreach and student governance, showcasing strong organizational and leadership skills throughout various significant projects and roles.
