Prior to this, Wilson was a Broker Associate at RE/MAX Summit Properties and RTI International, and worked as a Field Interviewer for various national studies. Early career experience includes customer service management at Piedmont Airlines and managing director roles at Arcade Recruitment, along with a significant tenure at McKinsey & Company as Head of Secretarial Services. Education was completed at Chancellors School in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, England.
