Kara Rapozo

Kara Rapozo has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kara most recently held the position of Regional Vice President of Business Development at Landmark Recovery starting in May 2023. Prior to that, they founded and served as the President of Ascend Coaching and Consulting LLC in September 2022.

Kara also worked as the Vice President of Enterprise Sales at unboXt, Inc from January 2023 to May 2023. Kara has experience in the healthcare field, having held roles such as Field Marketing Director and PRL Director at Pathlight Mood & Anxiety Center from January 2021 to August 2022, and Vice President of Outreach and Admissions at Acorn Health from December 2019 to January 2021.

Earlier in their career, Kara worked at Rogers Behavioral Health, where they served as Director of National Business Development from December 2017 to December 2019 and as a National Outreach Representative from August 2014 to December 2017. Kara also held positions as a Sales and Marketing Representative at Deevettes Creations from March 2010 to August 2014, and as a Sales Representative at Universal Health Care from August 2012 to February 2013.

Kara's work experience also includes serving as an Adoption Specialist at Gulf Coast Jewish Family and Community Services from February 2008 to August 2012. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated skills in business development, sales, marketing, and leadership.

Kara Rapozo, MBA, pursued their education with a holistic approach. Kara embarked on their academic journey in 2003 at the University of South Florida, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology in 2007. Believing in the power of continuous learning and growth, Kara furthered their education at Florida International University from 2017 to 2022. During this time, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a specialization in Entrepreneurship/Entrepreneurial Studies.
