Matthew DiGiacobbe, CAMS has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Starting from 2011, they worked at HSBC in various positions, including US Head of FCC Workforce & Performance Management, VP - Deputy Director, AML Transaction Monitoring, and Sr VP, Global FCC Transformation & Process Excellence. In these roles, they led strategic initiatives, implemented process improvements, and streamlined operations to enhance efficiency and reduce risk. From 2017 to 2019, they worked at UBS as Executive Director, Financial Crimes & Operational Risk Control, where they established a comprehensive Quality Assurance program for AML transaction monitoring. In 2019, they served as a Business Operations Consultant at DiGi Media, utilizing their financial and operational consulting expertise to optimize the organization's performance. From 2020 to 2023, they worked as Chief AML Officer at DriveWealth, responsible for establishing and leading the development of the organization's Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering Compliance Program. Currently, they serve as the Chief Financial Officer at Landmark Recovery.
