David Atkins

David Atkins serves as Chair at Landmark since December 2022 and as Director and Trustee at the Reading Real Estate Foundation since June 2014. In December 2023, David became a Patron for LandAid. David has been a Board Advisor for Britannia Parking since June 2021 and a Non-Executive Director at Whitbread until June 2024. David held the role of Trustee and Governor at Berkhamsted School from May 2014 to September 2023 and was a Non-Executive Director at OCS Group UK from November 2020 to January 2023. Prior to these positions, David was Chief Executive at Hammerson from 1998 to November 2020, where additional roles included Managing Director UK, Head of Retail Parks, and Group Property Executive. David began a career at DTZ, a UGL company, serving in various roles from 1988 to 1998. David holds a degree from the University of Reading, obtained between 1985 and 1988, and completed early education at Berkhamsted School from 1973 to 1984.
