Shafeek Ripu currently serves as Assistant Client Experience Manager at Landmark since May 2022, actively supporting client renewals and the General Manager in reporting and debt collection. Previously, Shafeek held the position of Client Services Assistant, where responsibilities included client interactions, meeting scheduling, and operational planning. With a diverse background in customer service, Shafeek also worked as a Customer Service Advisor at Fanatics, Inc., and Teleperformance. Additionally, Shafeek has been a Music Producer at SR Productions since May 2011. Educationally, Shafeek holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Accounting and Information Systems from Leading University, completed in August 2018.
