Beth McMillan

Beth McMillan is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in portfolio management and program leadership. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of IT Portfolio at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since April 2018, Beth skillfully leads cross-functional teams and drives initiatives that deliver innovative solutions aligned with business objectives. Prior roles at Land O'Lakes include IT Leader and Program Manager from 2014 to 2018, where project methodologies such as Waterfall, Iterative, Agile, and resource management were employed to ensure on-time and budget-conscious results. Earlier experience at Target spanned from 1994 to 2011 in various positions, including IT Project Manager and IT Leader, focusing on the full project life cycle, collaboration with technical and business partners, and successful implementation of critical applications. Beth holds an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a BS in Computer Science from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
