Dan Nottestad serves as a Senior Supply Chain Design Analyst at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since August 2023, bringing over three decades of extensive experience in supply chain management and engineering from a notable tenure at 3M, where roles included Supply Chain Architect and Supply Chain Project Manager. At 3M, Dan implemented innovative technology solutions, such as the Capacity Optimization & Asset Loading (COAL) Application, and led a team in designing optimization models that significantly improved operational efficiency and reduced costs across global supply chains. Dan's expertise also encompasses systems simulation, plant engineering, and teaching experience as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of St. Thomas, complemented by advanced degrees in Manufacturing Systems Engineering and Mechanical Engineering.
