Douglas Kirkman

Douglas Kirkman has over 18 years of experience in supply chain and production planning, currently holding the position of Manager Indirect Sourcing MRO and Project Talent Manager at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since November 2007. In these roles, Douglas is responsible for training and developing young professionals in supply chain programs and managing production schedules to align with customer demand. Previous positions at Land O'Lakes included Sr. Production Planner and Production Planner, where Douglas facilitated monthly S&OP calls and optimized production schedules. Prior experience includes a role as Production Planner at Generac Power Systems from February 2005 to November 2007.
