Erin R.v. Persian

Erin R.V. Persian is an experienced professional with a strong background in business development, operations management, and talent consulting. Currently serving as a Business Development and Operations Manager at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since March 2016, Erin has also held the roles of Engagement Consultant and Retail Talent Management. Previous experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager and Data Analyst for the Strategic Talent Resource Group and a Senior Specialist at PDI Ninth House/Korn Ferry, where project management and stakeholder engagement were key responsibilities. Earlier roles at Personnel Decisions International involved client relations and managing significant 360 multi-rater projects. Erin holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Speech Communications from the University of St. Thomas and is currently pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Forensic Investigative Genetic Genealogy at the University of New Haven.
