Joel Lipetzky has extensive experience in technical leadership and enterprise architecture, currently serving as Director of Integration and eBusiness at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since January 2012, previously holding positions as Sr. Manager and Enterprise Architect. Prior to this, Joel held the role of Technical Lead at Ingersoll Rand, overseeing a global Spend Analytics implementation on Oracle's OBIEE platform. Joel also operated their own consulting firm, IJM Consulting, Inc., and has worked as an Oracle Technical Consultant and Developer for various companies, including Ingersoll Rand Climate Control Technologies, Jostens, and Datacard. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Luther College.
