Julie Theobald is a seasoned professional in organization development and change management, currently serving as a Senior OE & Change Management Consultant at Land O'Lakes since September 2013. Prior experience includes roles at Cargill, Inc. as a Leader in Change, Communication, and Education, where Julie managed change implementation for manufacturing process improvements across multiple business units. Previously, at Xcel Energy, Julie led the Talent Management - Organization Development team, enhancing consulting services for a large employee base. As President of THEOBALD & ASSOCIATES, Julie provided coaching and consulting services to business leaders globally. Earlier career highlights include directing organization development at Best Buy, facilitating strategic initiatives for a major retail corporation. Julie holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Organization Development & Training, both from the University of Minnesota.
