Katie Brown

Katie Brown is an experienced Dairy Sustainability Specialist at Land O'Lakes, Inc., where responsibilities include facilitating a variety of Learning and Development classes for employees. Additionally, Katie has served as a Member Relations Change Management Champion and Trainer, as well as a Field Representative, focusing on helping dairy producers achieve high-quality products. Prior to this role, Katie gained relevant experience as a Calf and Heifer Specialist at Pine Island MN and as an Ag Teacher at Sibley East MN. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, Katie previously earned a Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Education from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
