Katie Lichty

Katie Lichty is an accomplished legal professional currently serving as Associate General Counsel and Chief IP Counsel at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since April 2011, where responsibilities include providing legal counsel for the animal nutrition business and overseeing intellectual property matters. Prior experience includes serving as Corporate Counsel and Human Resources at Effect Partners, Inc., where Katie managed a wide array of legal issues, and as Division Director and Attorney Recruiter at Robert Half Legal. Additionally, experience as an Associate Attorney/Law Clerk at Cronan Pearson Quinlivan involved handling civil litigation cases. Katie holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Minnesota Law School and an undergraduate degree in Political Science and Spanish from the University of St. Thomas.
