Kenneth Hoover

Kenneth Hoover is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and operations leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Chief Supply Chain Officer at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since January 2012, Kenneth previously held the position of Vice President of Manufacturing. Prior to Land O'Lakes, Kenneth worked at Cargill from January 2006 to January 2012, where roles included Global Process Lead, LSS Blackbelt, and Operations Senior Leader, contributing to operational excellence across multiple business units. Kenneth's earlier career at Cargill Animal Nutrition, spanning from January 1988 to January 2006, involved supervising production across numerous feed mills and leading global safety initiatives. Kenneth holds an MBA in Global Operations and Supply Chain Management from Capella University and multiple Bachelor's degrees from Penn State University in Agricultural Mechanization and Agricultural and Biological Engineering.
