Larry Pell

Larry Pell is an experienced professional in the agricultural industry, currently serving as Services Adoption Manager at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since December 2023. Previously, Larry served as Regional Sales Manager at Farmers Edge from February 2021 to July 2023 and held the position of Customer Operations Team Lead at Bayer Crop Science, where responsibilities included leading and coaching a team of 20 Customer Operations Specialists. Larry’s extensive experience began at Monsanto Company, where Larry worked from 1992 to 2016, initially as District Sales Manager managing sales activities across a seven-county territory and then advancing to Regional Sales Manager, overseeing a team of 12 District Sales Managers. Larry Pell holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Indiana State University.
