Mark Schuermann

Mark Schuermann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales training, development, and fundraising. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Learning and Sales Training at Land O'Lakes, Inc., Mark is responsible for delivering impactful sales training and managing the creation of new sales content. Prior roles include Senior Development Director and Major Gifts Director at Greater St. Louis Area Scouting, where Mark successfully guided field teams to achieve significant fundraising goals.
