Maryanna Freels is a Supply Chain & Operations Talent Acceleration Program (TAP) Associate at Land O'Lakes, Inc., with experience in multiple locations including Massillon, Kent, and Tulare, Ohio. Since May 2023, Maryanna has applied advanced skills in Microsoft Excel to update over 30 monthly business KPIs and successfully led a team of three or more employees to achieve a projected savings of $200,000 by reducing Material Yield Loss and Wastewater across various projects. Previously, as a Supply Chain & Operations Intern at Land O'Lakes, Maryanna researched and implemented innovative strategies to enhance butter production while utilizing Excel to analyze production downtime. Prior experience includes working as a Sales Associate at Darcie Kent Vineyards LLC and serving in various roles, including Creamery Student Assistant, Horse Unit Volunteer, and Beef Unit Volunteer at California State University, Fresno, where Maryanna earned a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Education in May 2023, following a high school diploma from Livermore High School in 2019.
