Phil McMillan

Phil McMillan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in quality assurance and food safety across multiple sectors of the food industry. Currently serving as Vice President of Quality Assurance and EHS at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since April 2017, McMillan oversees quality and product safety for the dairy, animal nutrition, and crop inputs divisions. Previous roles include Director of Quality at ACH Food Companies, Inc., and Sr. Director of Quality Assurance at ConAgra Foods, where responsibilities encompassed quality assurance, food safety, and regulatory compliance across numerous manufacturing plants. McMillan also held positions at Wells' Dairy, Inc., directing food safety initiatives and quality assurance programs. Educational credentials include a degree in Microbiology from South Dakota State University and an MBA from Wayne State College.
