Sandy Marshall

Sandy Marshall is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an OD Consultant/Manager at Land O'Lakes, Inc. since April 2013, with a track record of leadership in various HR roles including HR Lead for the Americas and ASPAC, as well as Global HR Solutions. Prior experience includes roles as an Interim Associate HR Director at Alexander Mann Solutions, where responsibilities included serving as the HR Business Partner for Europe HQ Marketing and leading projects for Europe HQ. Sandy's career in HR began at Monsanto, where a progression of roles culminated in HR Lead for the West EMEA Vegetable Seeds Division, among other positions. Sandy holds an M.B.A. in Human Resource Management/Marketing from the University of Iowa and a B.S. in Mathematics and Secondary Education from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
