John Svajda

John Svajda has extensive work experience in the home sales industry. John began their career at Meritage Homes in 1995 as a Sales Manager and eventually worked their way up to the position of Vice President of Sales. From 2004 to 2007, they held this role before joining Landon Homes. At Landon Homes, they started as a New Home Sales Manager in 2007 and was later promoted to the position of Senior Vice President of Sales in July 2018.
