Roger Adsett

Roger Adsett is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Insmed, Inc., a commercial stage biopharmaceutical company on a mission to transform the lives of patients with serious and rare diseases. Roger has almost 30 years of experience in commercial leadership and operations for global life science companies across multiple therapeutic areas and geographies. Roger brings with him a proven record of successfully building businesses in rare diseases, specialty and primary care, launching both blockbuster and specialty brands. Prior to his current role at Insmed, Mr. Adsett served as the company’s Chief Commercial Officer. Before joining Insmed, he worked 11 years at Shire, where he was SVP of GI & Internal Medicine. Mr Adsett joined Shire after 11 years at AstraZeneca.
