Paul Williams has extensive work experience in the agricultural industry. Paul started their career at John Deere in 2000, where they held various roles such as Marketing Representative, Product Specialist, Territory Customer Support Manager, Technical Training Instructor, Manager of College Partnerships, and Territory Finance Manager. In these positions, they gained valuable knowledge and skills in sales, customer support, training, and finance. In 2018, they joined LandPro Equipment, LLC as an Operations Manager, where they oversaw all aspects of the dealership's retail location operations. Currently, they serve as the Vice President - Parts at LandPro Equipment, LLC. Throughout their career, Paul has demonstrated strong leadership and expertise in the agricultural equipment industry.

Paul Williams obtained a degree in Agribusiness-Engineering Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville between 1996 and 2000.
