Edda Gardarsdottir currently serves as the Assistant Coach for the Women's first team at Breiðablik since November 2023, while also holding the position of Information Technology Support Manager at Landsbankinn since April 2013. Edda has experience as an Assistant Women Soccer Coach at Knattspyrnufélagið Þróttur from October 2019 to October 2023, and previously worked as a Sports Writer for Morgunblaðið from April 2018 to September 2019, focusing on women's soccer commentary and columns. Additionally, Edda was the Head Coach at Knattspyrnufélag Reykjavíkur from November 2015 to October 2017, after initially serving in an assistant and strength and conditioning capacity. Edda holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Richmond and obtained a UEFA Pro License in November 2023.
