James Depasquale

James DePasquale is an experienced operations manager and commercial sales manager with a strong background in landscape construction and management. Currently serving as Operations Manager at Landscape Development, Inc. since March 2015, James has successfully built and led high-performing teams while overseeing financial performance through monthly profit and loss statements. Previously, James excelled as a Senior Estimator, managing significant landscape bids, and as a Project Manager at Park West Companies, where supervision of field operations for various large-scale projects was key. James also held the role of Operations Manager at Gothic Landscape, managing a substantial workforce and operations for one of the largest landscape construction companies in the United States.
