Jim Ackley

Director Of People Operations at Landscape Forms

Jim Ackley has extensive work experience at Landscape Forms. Jim started working at the company in 2002 as a Finishing Manager, where they focused on ensuring safe and efficient operations of a multi-shift powdercoat system. Jim also established training programs for certified painter processes and onboarding of assembly team members, and implemented a frontline leadership structure.

In 2009, Jim transitioned to the role of Conversion Manager, which involved staffing and leading multi-shift production areas and a powdercoat line. Jim also established an onsite internal Weld Academy to provide growth and opportunities for team members, and worked with a CWI/CWE to test, certify, and recognize accomplishments.

Starting in 2013, Jim took on the role of People Systems Manager, where their responsibilities included managing people systems and processes. In January 2015, they were promoted to Director of People Operations, overseeing the overall people operations of the company.
