Tammi Dorion is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in lean development and organizational improvement. Currently serving as the Director of Lean Development at Landscape Structures since January 2020, Tammi previously held positions such as Director of Learning and Development at Manufacturers Alliance and Director of Continuous Improvement at Reviva Inc. Tammi has a strong track record in developing customized training, facilitating peer groups, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. With a Master of Business Administration from Bethel University and a Bachelor of Science from the University of Northwestern – St. Paul, Tammi combines educational expertise with practical experience to drive continuous improvement and employee engagement in various organizational settings.
