Nicki Davis is a seasoned professional in landscape management with extensive experience dating back to February 1996. As a Senior Account Manager at LSI - Landscape Services Inc. since August 2014, Nicki manages landscape accounts for prestigious commercial properties and homeowners' associations in the greater Nashville area, focusing on developing strong relationships with clients and Property Managers to meet their horticultural needs. Previously, at Del Webb Providence, Nicki led a team managing landscape operations for a large residential community, ensuring quality service and communication with Property Management and the HOA Board of Directors. Prior experience includes managing the Landscape Maintenance Division at Landscaping By John E Waller, overseeing production, scheduling, and horticultural practices, as well as serving as the Administrative Office Manager, where Nicki handled customer interactions and administrative duties.
