Shannon Whittaker

Shannon Whittaker has extensive experience in project management and planning, currently serving as the Director of Forward Planning at Landsea Homes since November 2015, after progressing through various roles including Senior Forward Planner and Project Manager. Prior to this, Shannon held a project coordinator position at Speridian Technologies, supporting executive operations and client management. Earlier experience includes an Executive Assistant role at Cal Spectrum Painting, where responsibilities encompassed financial processing and travel coordination, and a Sales Manager position at Massage Envy, noted for high sales performance and staff training. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in International/Global Studies from California State University, Long Beach, and an Associate of Arts in International Relations and Affairs from Fullerton College.
