Dominika Kosik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Dominika began their career as a Barista at Coffee Republic/Costa Coffee, where they developed excellent customer service and communication skills. Dominika then worked as a Bar Staff at the National Dining Rooms, gaining further experience in the hospitality industry.

Dominika interned at UBS Investment Bank during both the spring and summer of 2012, participating in various projects and gaining exposure to different divisions within the bank. Dominika also worked as a Team Leader and Accreditation Assistant at the London Media Centre during the 2012 Olympics and Paralympics, where they gained management and leadership skills.

In 2013, Dominika completed an internship at UBS Investment Bank, completing independent projects and delivering a final presentation to senior managers. Following this, they joined KPMG UK as an Audit Associate, where they contributed to audit engagements.

Dominika then joined Landsec in 2017, initially as a Senior Statutory Accountant and later as a Financial Reporting Manager. In their role as a Financial Reporting Manager, they had primary responsibility for the integrity of the reported income statement and led a team-wide process improvement effort.

During their time at City University London, Dominika served as a Student Representative, advocating for students and participating in university committees to address department and university-wide issues.

Dominika Kosik attended the Secondary School in Katowice, Poland, from 2007 to 2010. After completing secondary school, they enrolled at City, University of London, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Accountancy from 2011 to 2014. Dominika then furthered their education by attending the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales from 2014 to 2017, where they achieved the designation of Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA).
