Karen McCormick

Karen McCormick started their career as a Graduate Planning Surveyor at Knight Frank in August 2008 and worked in this role until December 2010. Karen then transitioned to the role of Senior Planning and Development Surveyor at Knight Frank from January 2010 to April 2012.

In April 2012, they became an Associate Director at Cushman & Wakefield (Formerly DTZ) and held this position until October 2013.

Karen then joined Cathedral Group (Holdings) Ltd in October 2013 as a Development Manager and worked in this capacity until November 2015.

From November 2015 to April 2021, Karen worked as a Senior Development Manager at U+I (U and I Group PLC).

In March 2021, they became a Member of the Board of Trustees at CREATIVE SPARKWORKS.

Finally, Karen is currently employed as a Senior Development Manager at Landsec, starting in April 2021.

Karen McCormick completed their Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Management Studies from Nottingham University Business School, where they studied from 2002 to 2005. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Planning and Development from London South Bank University, which they undertook from 2007 to 2008.
