Magda Kudelko

Magda Kudelko has a strong background in real estate and finance, with experience in various roles and companies. Magda is currently working as an Investment Analysis Manager at Landsec, where they lead financial analysis for large mixed-use regeneration schemes in London and Scotland. Prior to this, Magda worked as an Associate Director at Avison Young, specializing in real estate financial modeling and business development. Magda also worked as a Real Estate Specialist at U+I, focusing on regeneration projects in London, Manchester, and Dublin, and implemented new tools and systems within the company. Before that, Magda was a Financial Analyst at JLL, where they created investment models and provided financial analysis for clients. Magda started their career at EY Transaction Real Estate, gaining broad real estate advisory experience. Magda also had internships at EY and Alior Bank.

Magda Kudelko began their education at Oxford Brookes University in 2011, where they focused on the field of study of Spatial Planning. Magda then pursued their studies at SGH Warsaw School of Economics from 2007 to 2013, where they obtained both a Master's degree and a Bachelor's degree in Quantitative Methods in Economics and Information Systems. In 2013, Magda attended Warsaw University of Technology for post-graduate studies in Real Estate Valuation. Additionally, they completed a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Spatial Planning at Warsaw University of Technology from 2009 to 2013.
