Matthew Fletcher

Matthew Fletcher began their career in 1999 as the Head of Accounts Payable at Prowting Homes, where they oversaw four accounts payable staff. Matthew then worked as a Cashier at Donaldsons from 2000 to 2002 and Colliers CRE from 2002 to 2004, where they ensured prompt allocation of received funds and completed bank reconciliations.

From 2004 to 2013, Matthew was a Client Accountant at Cushman & Wakefield, preparing financial accounts and VAT reports for clients while managing all accounts-related issues within the portfolio. Matthew then joined Lee Barron as a Client Accountant from 2013 to 2018.

In 2018, they joined Knight Frank as an Accountant, where they stayed until 2021. At Lawson & Partners - Chartered Surveyors, they served as a Senior Accountant from 2021 to 2022. Matthew is currently working as a Property Accountant at Landsec starting from September 2022.

Matthew Fletcher attended Redden Court School from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained 9 GCSE's. Following this, they pursued higher education at Havering Collage from 1992 to 1995, earning First & National Diplomas in Business and Finance.
