Philip Anderson

Philip Anderson has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Philip is currently working as a Portfolio Manager at Lands since March 2021. Prior to this, they were a Property Manager at TOPLAND GROUP PLC from September 2019 to November 2020.

Philip has also worked at Savills, where they held multiple roles. From May 2017 to September 2019, they served as an Associate. Before that, they worked as a Graduate Surveyor from September 2014 to May 2017. Philip also briefly worked as a Graduate Surveyor at Savills Investment Management from September 2014 to December 2014.

Philip gained valuable experience as an Intern at Knight Frank in July 2014. Additionally, they worked as a Trainee Surveyor at Stuart Edwards Fullermoon from April 2013 to June 2014.

Later, from 2013 to 2014, they enrolled at London South Bank University and completed a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Real Estate.
