Cody Spaur is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the industry. As a Partner at Noble Capital Management Group since May 2024, Cody specializes in medical real estate and surgical centers. Concurrently, Cody serves as Vice President of Real Estate for Noble Real Estate Fund and as a Real Estate Broker and Managing Partner at Noble Real Estate Group. Cody also owns and operates Landshark Realty and holds the position of Senior Mortgage Originator at Kendall Mortgage Corp. Previously, Cody was a Real Estate Broker Associate at Coldwell Banker Coast Realty and worked as a Production Manager at Pcm Products. Cody holds an Associate’s Degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Eastern Florida State College.
