Fariha Rahman

Fariha Rahman's work experience includes roles in various companies and organizations. In 2013, they worked as a Research Officer at the Ontario Ministry of Citizenship and Immigration. In 2015, they served as a Data Management Officer at the Ontario Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change. Starting in 2016, Fariha worked at CanACRE as a Land Administrator until 2018. Then, from 2018 to 2019, they were a Research Officer/Analyst at Transport Canada. From 2019 to 2022, Fariha worked as a Results Analyst at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat. In 2022, they joined Natural Resources Canada as a Policy Analyst/Advisor. Finally, in 2023, Fariha will start working as a Project Coordinator at LandSolutions Inc.

Fariha Rahman began their education in 2011 at the University of Waterloo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Environmental Studies with a focus on Environment and Business. Fariha completed this degree in 2016. In 2014, they also participated in an exchange program at Newcastle University, where they studied at the Business School for one year.
