Gry Benedikte Sterner

Gry Benedikte Sterner is a seasoned professional in education and training policies, currently serving as Special Advisor at The Norwegian Confederation of Trade Unions (LO) since June 2009, focusing on national and EU policy levels related to Vocational Education and Training (VET), Lifelong Learning, and Continuing Vocational Education and Training (CVET). Sterner holds a position as a Board Member of WorldSkills Norway and acts as an Official Delegate to WorldSkills Europe and WorldSkills International, contributing to international affairs in the education sector. Prior experience includes serving as an Advisor at Fellesforbundet from 2006 to 2009 and as an Officer at the Norwegian Union of Graphical Workers from 1996 to 2006, where involvement included shaping union policies on VET and youth initiatives.
